Simon Fraser University
Simon Fraser University (SFU) began opening
minds to a fresh new approach to higher learning
more than 40 years ago. An exciting mission to
innovate, embrace bold initiatives, and engage the
global community has made SFU one of Canada's
most distinctive and respected universities and a
leading research institution. Offering graduate and
undergraduate programs to approximately 25,000
students at three vibrant Greater Vancouver campuses,
the university is best known for its interdisciplinary
approach and legendary co-operative
education program.
SFU offers students a wealth of opportunities
for enriching work, study and dialogue
experiences beyond the campus and around
the world.
University Canada West
University Canada West (UCW) is located
in the picturesque community of Victoria,
British Columbia. Victoria offers outstanding
educational opportunities, a stunning natural
environment and a friendly, close-knit community.
Because UCW is located near the heart of
this vibrant city, the whole city becomes your
campus. The university operates in quarters as
opposed to semesters, so instead of earning a
degree in four years, you can earn one in three
and still take summers off.
UCW's class sizes will never number more
than 50 students, so classes remain intimate
and students can get the help they need from
professors, learning coaches and full-time program
assistants.
